I have extensive training in health and wellness, diet coaching and food prep, under Natalia Rose. I have spent over 6 years in the health arena. Having battled and conquered candida, and working to heal my body through a healthy, whole food and pure holistic approach, I feel the strongest urgency to share this knowledge and information with other women, families, men, children…
I have battled infertility and my understanding of the human body as a Temple has reached new depth and I have been entrusted with so much understanding and knowledge about health, nutrition, diet, and how to deal with certain conditions and help the body heal itself through the bounty the Lord has blessed us with.
I want to offer all of this little by little in articles on this site, from food combining, feeding children with health issues like autism, adding more pure foods into family meals, desserts, snacks, juices while keeping it affordable and absolutely satisfying and delectable!
I have so many resources to draw from that I have been blessed with I cannot keep it to myself. There are many who also struggle with what I have been through and need support. I want to offer my support and encouragement and understanding. I will present recipes, ideas, and reasons behind everything.
Please consider my articles for family wellness.
Kind Regards,
Shannon

Hi,
My name is Holly Hardin and I have taught classes and written numerous articles on finding Heavenly Father’s blessings in everyday life as well as learning to listen and trust the promptings of the Holy Spirit. I am also a children’s writer and won a Mom’s Choice award last year.
I would love to write articles along this line for your magazine. My articles are taken from my own personal experiences and have a “homey” personal style to them. Learning to recognize God’s hand in our daily lives is truly a life altering concept which can bring us joy and comfort in these trying times.
I am also a children’s writer and won a Mom’s Choice award last year.
Thank you for your time,
Holly Hardin
